Processing Officer | Bank | 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional who will be responsible for verifying customer income documents, processing account creation and maintenance, and ensuring smooth origination of credit and debit card products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate customers’ income documents to support credit card and unsecured loan account creation or maintenance within the bank’s operating systems.
• Efficiently toggle across multiple internal systems to perform pre-processing activities and ensure accurate data entry.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external enquiries related to Credit or Debit Card Origination processes.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in banking operations or credit processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
